After travelling the world with the RAF for 40 years I regard myself as a good judge of men and from the moment Dr Das spoke to me I, instinctively, knew I was in the presence of a man who was at the very top of his chosen profession.
(Pre-op) Although, softly spoken, his obvious expertise and thereby the confidence he instilled in myself about being in his care was immediate, I had no hesitation whatsoever in placing myself in his care.
(Theatre) I had been administered a spinal anaesthetic and was therefore aware of my surrounding and, in particular, of the presence of Dr Das. His bedside manner, with the occasional reassuring word to me ensured I stayed totally relaxed throughout the procedure.
(Post Op) The day of my procedure was a hectic, busy one and my transfer from "Recovery" to a Ward was somewhat delayed but a visit (although fleeting) from Dr Das with more reassuring words kept me calm and I have no doubt greatly contributed to my swift return to full health.
Really good bedside manner and put me well at ease during the anesthetic administration procedure .would certainly recommend him
I was put at ease in a stressful situation thereby being reassured.
Friendly approach, good level of care and attention to detail. I was made to feel assured and I had the chance to ask any questions. Theatre staff were good and made me feel at ease.
I am 84 years of age and though my progress is slow from my replacement knee operation. I thank all the staff for there patience with me and the care and attention that I have received during my stay. Everyone has been friendly, courteous and helpful and try to deal with patients as quickly as possible. They try to make your stay as stress free as possible.
